Who we are

Leadline ("we," "us") is a software product that helps local service businesses capture leads, manage a simple dashboard, and send automated follow-up, review, and rebooking emails. Leadline is operated by Hudson Cole Ferreira.

Information we collect

• Account information — business name, email, phone, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and onboarding answers you provide.
• Lead information — names, phone numbers, emails, service interests, messages, and notes that businesses or their customers submit through Leadline forms.
• Usage and technical data — basic logs needed to run the service (for example, when emails send or fail, and security-related events).

How we use information

• Provide and improve the Leadline product
• Authenticate accounts and protect against abuse
• Send product emails on behalf of businesses (follow-ups, review requests, rebooking reminders, lead notifications)
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use lead contact data to market unrelated products to those leads.

Business customers and their leads

When a business uses Leadline, they control the lead data they collect. Leadline processes that data to provide the service. Each business is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact their leads and for how they use lead information outside Leadline.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate Leadline, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage needed for login sessions and security (for example, keeping you signed in and verifying login codes). We do not use advertising trackers on Leadline by default.

Data retention

We keep account and lead data while a business account is active. If you ask us to delete an account, we will delete or de-identify associated data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

You can update business profile details in Settings, and you can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Lead subjects who want changes to their information should contact the business that collected their lead, or contact us and we will help route the request.

Security

We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords via our auth provider, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Leadline is built for businesses, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as Leadline grows. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
